"Will there be more?": The question in the title is a fairly popular one, so I'll just answer it here, for everyone to easily see:Yes.September 1999, as it is, is a full, finished stand-alone game and a story — even if it is only 5 minutes and 30 seconds long. However, I am currently working on a successor of sorts, which will feature a new short story, a new location and a more fleshed out version of the time-based mechanics you've now seen in September 1999.While September 1999 is, as stated above, a full game, one of its main purposes was to see the reaction from people — whether you guys actually enjoy an unorthodox gameplay style as the one here. The reaction has been overwhelmingly positive, therefore, be sure to expect more!Whatever comes next will still be short, since I think that's one of the strengths here, but it will still be considerably longer. The easiest way to follow development is on Twitter, where I'll be updating my progress on active basis — or on YouTube, where I'll be posting any major announcements.Anyway, stay tuned! 👉.
